One of the most accurate loads I shoot in .243 is      42 Grs Imr 4350 Powder with Federal 210m primers. 100 Gr Corelokt bullets.
It will kill deer very adequately.

I prefer H4831 for heavier bullets, but H414 works almost as well. I can't remember if I last used 4064 or 4895 with lite weight bullets(55-75gr). My rifle loves IMR4350 with 85 & 87gr bullets.

Either of the 4350 powders will suit you very well for the 85gr plus bullets.

Personally, I don't like to quote loads as mistakes happen and I wouldn't want anyone to be hurt for some stupid miss quote. There are a couple sources on line where you can get data as well as the bullets manufacturer.
But the BEST BET is for you to invest in loading manuals. I always recommend the LYMAN first as its very well written and they don't make powder/primers or jacketed bullets so they are less biased toward any one brand. Then I suggest you get the manual of the same brand of bullet your shooting.
