legality? ? for people in North Carolina
« on: December 28, 2008, 06:55:28 PM »
I was wondering if any1 knows if its legal in nc to make my mini cannons and such. I would think its legal. Im asking because we have a unfriendly neighbor who hats us and has called the cops on us twice for burning leaves and not making the wind blow the smoke away from his house. The told him We could burn whatever we want.(: i just need to know if i need to be kinda carefull about him seeing it when firing it.

As Greybeard says, WE are not laywers.

However, you do need to do as DD has said, check with the local autorities.

This could involve the firing, it could involve noise and there even could be something on smoke.

Some of these can be measured (like sound).
