Pistol Grip and Forearm for Pardner
« on: December 31, 2008, 12:34:07 PM »
Will a pistol grip, and a forearm, made for an 870 fit a NEF pardner pump shotgun?

I did buy a magazine tube cap for a 870 and it works great on the Pardner Pump.  Needed to put a sling on it and so I replaced the Mag Cap with one for a 870.

I don't have a Pardner pump (I do have an 870), but I recall reading here that a member had replaced his Pardner pump buttstock with the buttstock of an 870 with no problems that I can remember....<><....:)

I have a couple 870 stocks downstairs in the rafters, if you would like some pics I'll be glad to snap a couple and post here, to see if it may work for you.  I do know its a loose copy so, at least to my mind, its likely.

Like MSP, I do not have a partner to check or I would. ::)

I remember someone saying they were interchangeable.Maybe since Remington owns H&R they will start advertising the similarities instead of hiding them. It can't hurt their accessory sales.
