Newbie Barrel to frame fitting questions??
« on: January 01, 2009, 04:08:47 AM »
Being new to the NEF/H&R world, and seeing all the barrels for sale in the classifieds, I have a couple of questions.

Do you take a chance the barrel may fit your frame OR do you send your newly acquired barrel (with frame) to NEF/H&R for fitting??

What do you look for in frame to barrel fit to determine compatibility and/or safe operation??

Are these triggers decent or can they be "worked"??

These look like a good and much less expensive option to the Encore or Knight switch barrel rigs!

Thanks so much!

Mark
