Have troubles with one encore

I have several tc gun 2 encores G2 older contender. My problem is that I have had two stocks crack on this gun now on the muzzle loader the breach plug froze up in the gun and ruined the barrel. I love the encore but this one gun is giving me nothing but trouble. I cleaned the plug and threads then first time that i used the tape from tc this happens and it was wrapped properly

If the stocks that cracked are a Thompson/Center product, they have a lifetime warranty and they'll replace them for you.

As far as muzzleloader breech plugs are concerned, my advice would be:

1.  Go stainless steel in the first place.
2.  Make sure you clean and lubricate it well after shooting.
3.  If the breech plug really gets stuck, thoroughly treat it with something like Prolong, Prolix, Kano Kroil or some other product before you try to remove it.
