Looking at a 1975 336 ,straight stock,20 inch barrel,no saddle ring,pre safety,is this a Texan or what ?What is the value of this gun ,it is in near prefect shape?

Last weekend I passed up the same gun but I think it was a mid 1960's era for $400.
Kinda regret now , hopefully I'll see it at the next gun show this upcoming weekend.

I traded a howa 1500 in 270 for that rifle and 1979 336 in 35 rem. plus i kept my pro staff scope and give 125.00 boot,the 30/30 has Leupold base and rings with it.
