Usualy deer and turkey hunt in Fulton Co. Duck and dove hunt in Craighead.  My daughter got a turkey during the youth hunt but I didn't get one but only hunted one weekend.  Deer was the same... hunted the Dave Donaldson WMA for the Muzzleloader hunt and the first three days of rifle season at Salem but saw nothing I wanted to shoot.   Ducks have been hit or miss.  A limit one day then about three days of little to nothing then another good day.  Filled my cow elk tag in Colo.  Its time to start planning next years out of state hunt(s).   Saw fewer hunters in Colorado this year and more bulls so I'll go bull hunting for 09.   I may apply for an antelope in Wy but usually takes two years to draw in the zones I like to hunt.  Hope to retire and hunt more this year.  Best wishes to all.

I have wanted to go after antelope for many years .. Had the same itch for hogs and buffalo , Well those have been scratched now ;)

I know the handfull of times i have been to wyoming that the pronghorn there are thick , And got me thinking about it now  :P

Looks like you got a good crop of toms, Doug. You should hear a lot of gobbling this spring.  My aunt lives in Heber and has a hen that hangs around her bird feeder and it is right in town.  When food gets scarce they become very visable, especially around feeders.

Didn't make it out hunting this year or the last for that matter. I hunt in Faulkner County. Was deployed until just a few weeks ago, and in 2007, I had shoulder surgery two days before the gun season opened due to an injury sustained in Iraq. Hopefully, I can make it out in April and chase a turkey.

I live between Black Rock & Pocahontas & hunt my family's old home place North & West of Black Rock during the rifle & some of the MZ season. This is where the Ozarks begin in NE AR. At Black River the hills fall off to river bottom. I late season bowhunt in the bottoms (don't like mosquitos) if I have a left over tag. I also hunt Southern Baxter Co. in the Big Flat area in the early fall in the Ozark Nat. Forrest, rugged stuff.

Default, you need to go to Wyoming for Antelope/Mule Deer. I have done that many times & we are planning a trip right now for next fall.

I live in Randolph county and hunt near Elm Store and some in Fulton county around Salem. I used to hunt some in Sylamore in Branscum Hollow mostly. And I hunt some in the Ozark NF around and in the Richland creek wilderness. As I get older I don't really like dragging a deer out of one of those deep hollows though.
And that's where I always seem to find them in the forests. I haven't seen any hogs here at home yet.
But I did wipe out a whole litter of pigs at Richland a few years ago. Best eating game meat I ever had.

I live in Greene county so I naturally hunt here, also hunt in sharp and clay counties and anywhere else I can get permission.  Been to Colorado a couple a times, but only got a mule deer, no elk yet........  Kinda on a five year plan; too poor to go all the time! ha!
Life's too short, buy more guns and hope you can find ammo to shoot them!

I live in Louisiana, but I have been hunting in Bradley County, AR ever since I was a kid (30 years ago). We have a family oriented club out from the little town of Hermitage.  Lots of deer.  The quality is getting better all the time.

I deer hunt near a small community called Joan, Grant county, zone 12.  This year was the worst since the ice storm  several years ago.  Deer population way down and what we had only moved at night.  Our biggest rut was basically over by early November, deer were really going strong in late October this season.
