Wally World is probably your best bet.  You may find some priced cheaper via the internet or mail order but by the time you pay for shipping you've lost any savings IMO.

GBO Sponsor Midsouth Shooter's Supply has a line of reloaded ammo under the Ultra Max label. I've tried it and it's good stuff. In it they list .38 special at $12.76. One shortcoming of the catalog is it doesn't say for how many rounds but I think it's 50. The website gives full info to include quantity but you can look it up if you are interested. I buy them in .223 and the quantity is 250 and they are per 1000 some of the best buys around it seems.

You might also check with GBO Sponsor Ron Reed of Reed Ammo. I'm sure he can offer you a bargain value as well.

good luck , I was looking for 125 gr. 357 SJHP winchester , found one box in Norfolk Va. about 100 miles from home . $53.00 a box . Then sunday found 5 boxes at the gun show an off brand $30.00 a box .
Georgia Arms sold out on sat. at the show as soon as it opened. And the guys selling reloads had none .

Ever time I see prices of ammo it reminds of one reason why I'm still reloading.

Dog gone man, $30 a box.
I used to think $15 was highway robbery.
Don't get me wrong.
I know these guys have to make a living.
Component cost always roll down hill to the consumer.
Most of the guys aren't making that much off a box.
Someone is though.

But crap man. I can reload for somewhere around a couple bucks a box.
I haven't bought primers in forever so I don't know where the price is on them.
The same for powder for the most part.
I bought some recently and didn't think it was all that high.
Re-use your brass and make your own bullets.

Get into reloading and casting. Both great hobbies with added enjoyment.
With these prices it won't take long to pay for you equiptment if you shoot much.
There are inexpensive options out there to start with.

figure $ 4.00 powder , $ 3.50 primers , $ 16.00 good bullets and brass you own = $ 23.50 a box of a hundred . load lead and save alot more .
