i want a 22lr singe shot and was thinking about getting a barrel for my .410 that i could switch out . would it be safe ? i can have it fitted by a local shop so that's not a problem . would like some info about a 20 gauge barrel too i cant seem to locate a single shot 20 or 12 gauge single shot that is not over priced , would one of those barrels be safe ? i have nothing against the .410 , its my fav shotgun but i would just like to have some options . and were would i be able to find one of these barrels used for a good price ?

Your 410 uses the same frame as the 20 and 12 (SB1) so just look on the classifieds for one and fit it to your frame. If you can find a 22 barrel from the versa pack (good luck) you could fit it to your frame. Only the barrel from the versa pack though. The chamber is offset so a centerfire firing pin will contact the rim of the 22 round. A regular 22 barrel won't work on your frame.

A 22/410/20ga. would make for a nice 3 barrel combo gun.
