Rem Model 7- capacity in .223 please

Dear Guys,

  For the Model 7, in .223, as to number of rounds for its capacity, is this a 4+1 rifle, or a 5+1 rifle?

I never tried to fill it up.
I just stick 5 in the mag, push down get the bolt over the top on and toss one more into the chamber and close the bolt the rest of the way.  Mine is a 700SPS
