Help with .308 load
« on: January 16, 2009, 10:24:57 AM »
After completing the work on my .308 Handi I have decided to find a new load to hunt with. Do any of you have any experience with Cor Bon ammunition?? They make a load with 130gr Barnes TSX bullets.
I really like the TSX bullets and the performance with the 130 grain looks good. Don't know much about Cor Bon and The BC on a 130gr in 30 cal may not make it the best choice. I sure like the looks of this round but just looking for some of you with more knowledge to comment.  Any input would be appreciated.

The 130gr TSX has a BC of .340, here's 308 data for it from a 24" barrel to give you an idea of the performance range.
