Was at a local outfitter and he had a few of the SSI in. A littel heavy but nice lumber (walnut), seems built pretty well and a lot less then an TC.

Anyone have any experiance with these ?

I have one in Dirty 06. The wood is very nice in mine too and it is a little heavy for me but with the 06 the weight helps. I have mine down to giving 1 to 1.5 inch groups now. I'm looking forward to getting a 308 barrel before long. Trigger is a bit heavy but fairly crisp. All in all I really like it but I'm not ready to give up my Encore. Let me know how yours turns out.
