radicle thinking
« on: January 23, 2009, 03:20:49 AM »
we in a mess. one thing i can think of that might straiten things a bit ..
a limited war with china..do it now before they get stronger via walmart..it ll stop any trade with the only absolute government that benefitted from what reagan did to communism..it survived an has been milking this cow every since..it will put our people back to work.
it will bring balance back to our economy..they are milking capitalism
to death ,an im convinced its on purpose..
do we fear them .. yes but not much .. any country invading this country [assuming they out did our military] would run into the largest armed force ever to existby far,,in the free american citizen..
this seems radical to most of you but man don t be like one of them turkeys..jmo

I think that would be a huge mistake on our part. Here is an article I have posted a couple times here on GBO. Dale

CHINA PREPARING FOR WAR AND FEW NOTICE

 By Pastor Chuck Baldwin

September 23, 2005

NewsWithViews.com

Ever since President Richard Nixon entered into détente with the communist regime in China, America has doggedly assisted in the commercial and military buildup of the Marxist nation. Both Republican and Democratic administrations have mollycoddled the Red Chinese to the point that now they have grown big enough to cause serious concern.

Both Bill Clinton and G.W. Bush have facilitated the transfers of billions of dollars of commercial assistance to Red China, not to mention vast amounts of technology which China has used to further its military machine. Each president refuses to identify China as an adversary, choosing rather to call it a "trading partner." However, China has not been hesitant to use this assistance to construct a formidable military apparatus. At the same time, the U.S. seems determined to reduce our military, especially our navy, to dangerously low levels.

For example, since Ronald Reagan left office, the United States has reduced its navy from a fleet of 600 ships and submarines to 288 and shrinking. To give the reader an idea of just how small our navy has become, our current navy fleet is equal in size to that when William Howard Taft was in office!

Beyond that, our carrier fleet is on its way to the elephant graveyard. Three of the five in service were built before 1975. Consider, too, that the number of fighter aircraft has dropped to fewer than 3,500 and is expected to fall to under 2,000. However, while the United States continues to mothball its military, Communist China is (with America's help) building its military like there is no tomorrow.

The Washington Times recently reported that "China soon will receive a new Kilo submarine from Russia, part of a naval buildup of modern warships and submarines that has triggered new fears for U.S. military planners.

"It is the first of eight advanced Kilos that China is acquiring, and intelligence officials say the submarine will be outfitted with advanced SS-N-27 cruise missiles, which are capable of attacking U.S. warships. Since 2002, China has built 14 submarines."

The Times report quoted one intelligence official as saying, "China's surface-to-air missile forces also are increasing, including new short- and long-range missiles, along with a new warhead that can maneuver to avoid missile defenses.

"If you take a step back and look at the entire array of Chinese weapons, the Kilos, the Songs, the Yuans, the ballistic missiles, this [maneuverable warhead] capability, more surface ships with anti-ship cruise missiles, these are all things that are going to give you capability to deal with any kind of naval force that comes toward you."

The China Reform Monitor recently ran a report saying, "Experts are warning that China is outpacing the United States in the development of attack submarines and could have as much as a three-to-one advantage over the United States by 2025."

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld recently warned that "China's investment in missiles and up-to-date military technology posed a risk not only to Taiwan and to American interests, but also to nations across Asia that view themselves as China's trading partners, not rivals."

Most all China experts agree that the Marxist government in Beijing is planning to attack Taiwan and is preparing to take on the United States if we interfere. It has more than doubled its fleet of amphibious landing and troop-carrying ships. It has entered into an agreement with Russia which guarantees Russia will not help the United States should conflict erupt between the U.S. and China. And just weeks ago, China even participated in joint military maneuvers with Russia. But the Chinese threat is actually even more ominous.

Syndicated columnist, Cal Thomas, recently quoted from a new book written by former special assistant for national security affairs to Ronald Reagan and CIA national intelligence officer, Constantine Menges, entitled, China: The Gathering Threat. Thomas quotes Menges as noting that "China has defined America as its 'main enemy' and can launch nuclear weapons at the U.S. capable of killing 100 million of us.

Thomas continues quoting Menges as saying, "China has threatened to destroy entire American cities if the U.S. helps Taiwan defend itself against a military assault or invasion. China also buys Russian weapons designed to sink U.S. aircraft carriers. It controls more than $200 billion in U.S. debt and sells more than 40 percent of its exports to America, using the profits to strengthen its economy and advanced weapons systems aimed at the U.S."

Furthermore, a World Net Daily report dated Tuesday, September 13, 2005, quotes a Chinese dissident as stating unequivocally that Beijing is planning nuclear war. The WND report states, "Wei Jingsheng, who spent 18 years in detention for his pro-democracy activism, told a forum at the National Press Club in Washington that China needs the distraction of a war with Taiwan to turn attention away from the people's frustration with rampant corruption and failed policies at home."

The WND report also quoted Jingsheng as saying, "The Chinese Communist Party is considering nuclear war, because it is not afraid to sacrifice China's people." Jingsheng cited Chinese general Zhu Chenghu's recent public declaration that "we [China] will prepare ourselves for the destruction of all the cities east of Xian" which would include Shanghai and Beijing. When one considers that China could lose the equivalent of the entire U.S. population and still have over 700 million people left, General Chengu's threat cannot be taken lightly.

So, while the United States continues to spend its manpower and monies on a mouse-size threat in Iraq, it is virtually ignoring-no, worse than that, it is commercially aiding and abetting-our most serious threat: Communist China. Just about everything we buy these days is stamped "Made in China," major American corporations have moved and are moving their plants and operations to China, and all of this is being encouraged by our own government in Washington, D.C. Lenin was right: we are purchasing the rope which will be used to hang us!

Here is another article. Dale

China’s cyber army is preparing to march on America, says Pentagon
Tim Reid in Washington
Chinese military hackers have prepared a detailed plan to disable America’s aircraft battle carrier fleet with a devastating cyber attack, according to a Pentagon report obtained by The Times.

The blueprint for such an assault, drawn up by two hackers working for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), is part of an aggressive push by Beijing to achieve “electronic dominance” over each of its global rivals by 2050, particularly the US, Britain, Russia and South Korea.

China’s ambitions extend to crippling an enemy’s financial, military and communications capabilities early in a conflict, according to military documents and generals’ speeches that are being analysed by US intelligence officials. Describing what is in effect a new arms race, a Pentagon assessment states that China’s military regards offensive computer operations as “critical to seize the initiative” in the first stage of a war.

The plan to cripple the US aircraft carrier battle groups was authored by two PLA air force officials, Sun Yiming and Yang Liping. It also emerged this week that the Chinese military hacked into the US Defence Secretary’s computer system in June; have regularly penetrated computers in at least 10 Whitehall departments, including military files, and infiltrated German government systems this year.
Cyber attacks by China have become so frequent and aggressive that President Bush, without referring directly to Beijing, said this week that “a lot of our systems are vulnerable to attack”. He indicated that he would raise the subject with Hu Jintao, the Chinese President, when they met in Sydney at the Apec summit. Mr Hu denied that China was responsible for the attack on Robert Gates, the US Defence Secretary.

Larry M. Wortzel, the author of the US Army War College report, said: “The thing that should give us pause is that in many Chinese military manuals they identify the US as the country they are most likely to go to war with. They are moving very rapidly to master this new form of warfare.” The two PLA hackers produced a “virtual guidebook for electronic warfare and jamming” after studying dozens of US and Nato manuals on military tactics, according to the document.

The Pentagon logged more than 79,000 attempted intrusions in 2005. About 1,300 were successful, including the penetration of computers linked to the Army’s 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and the 4th Infantry Division. In August and September of that year Chinese hackers penetrated US State Department computers in several parts of the world. Hundreds of computers had to be replaced or taken offline for months. Chinese hackers also disrupted the US Naval War College’s network in November, forcing the college to shut down its computer systems for several weeks. The Pentagon uses more than 5 million computers on 100,000 networks in 65 countries.

Jim Melnick, a recently retired Pentagon computer network analyst, told The Times that the Chinese military holds hacking competitions to identify and recruit talented members for its cyber army.

He described a competition held two years ago in Sichuan province, southwest China. The winner now uses a cyber nom de guerre, Wicked Rose. He went on to set up a hacking business that penetrated computers at a defence contractor for US aerospace. Mr Melnick said that the PLA probably outsourced its hacking efforts to such individuals. “These guys are very good,” he said. “We don’t know for sure that Wicked Rose and people like him work for the PLA. But it seems logical. And it also allows the Chinese leadership to have plausible deniability.”

In February a massive cyber attack on Estonia by Russian hackers demonstrated how potentially catastrophic a preemptive strike could be on a developed nation. Pro-Russian hackers attacked numerous sites to protest against the controversial removal in Estonia of a Russian memorial to victims of the Second World War. The attacks brought down government websites, a major bank and telephone networks.

Linton Wells, the chief computer networks official at the Pentagon, said that the Estonia attacks “may well turn out to be a watershed in terms of widespread awareness of the vulnerability of modern society”.

After the attacks, computer security experts from Nato, the EU, US and Israel arrived in the capital, Tallinn, to study its effects.

Sami Saydjari, who has been working on cyber defence systems for the Pentagon since the 1980s, told Congress in testimony on April 25 that a mass cyber attack could leave 70 per cent of the US without electrical power for six months.

He told The Times that all major nations – including China – were scrambling to defend against, and working out ways to cause, “maximum strategic damage” by taking out banking systems, power grids and communications networks. He said that there were at least a thousand attempted attacks every hour on American computers. “China is aggressive in this,” he said.
Programmed to attack

Malware: a “Trojan horse” programme, which hides a “malicious code” behind an innocent document, can collect usernames and passwords for e-mail accounts. It can download programmes and relay attacks against other computers. An infected computer can be controlled by the attacker and directed to carry out functions normally available only to the system owner.

Hacking: increasingly a method of attack used by countries determined to use electronic means to gain access to secrets. Government computers in Britain have a network intrusion detection system, which monitors traffic and alerts officials to “misuse or anomalous behaviour”.

Botnets: compromised networks that an attacker can exploit. Deliberate programming errors in software can easily pass undetected. Attackers can exploit the errors to take control of a computer. Botnets can be used for stealing information or to collect credit card numbers by “sniffing” or logging the strokes of a victim’s keyboard.

Keystroke loggers: they record the sequence of key strokes that a user types in. Logging devices can be fitted inside the computer itself.

Denial of service attacks: overloading a computer system so that it can no longer function. This is the method allegedly used by the Russians to disrupt the Estonian government computers in May.

Phishing and spoofing: designed to trick an organisation’s customers into imparting confidential information such as passwords, personal data or banking details. Those using this method impersonate a “trusted source” such as a bank or IT helpdesk to persuade the victim to hand over confidential information. (Michael Evans)

I have been saying for years that China is the country the USA should be most worried about. They are a very powerfull nation and in a war with them I really don't think we stand a chance. Dale

In a real do or die war we can win right up until the nukes start flying then we all loose and they have a lot of expendable people. But that having been said this country will not fall to a foreign power.... it will be destroyed(or weakened)  from within,  then we will do as the romans did and watch it burn. Get off of your selfish lazy ass and start taking it back. dont sit back comfy and say "I cant do nuttin". dont vote for the candidate that promises you a free ride, doesn't swear on the Bible and does not have any history of doing a damned thing constructive, except running for office!

An all out first strike would be the way to go. I have lets say a (feeling) we havea pretty good grip on the location of all of there nuke subs at all times. I think we should draft the ranks of our front line troops from the Democrat party, not much for fighters but good cannon fodder and expendable.

billy you a trip brother .. democrats make good fodder.. :)
i was kinda thinking of just enough to discontinue any trade withum..
that would be so painful to them that the leaders might get a little rattled..we would be unraveling thier little plan for world domination..
im really talkin a trade policy that eliminates[via tariffs if necessary] the reason to buy goods not made in this country..that puts our people back to work ..
may raise cost an cut salaries until things balance out.. didn t say it be easy .. but a heck of a lot better than going under like we are now..
at least we would be working .. an when i was young, if i was working i was usually pretty happy.heck im still that way, just can t do the same work.. :)

china has an unarmed population that could beat any army with sticks there are so many of them you could not kill them fast enough and when your gun melted down they would beat you to death with sticks. The land mass is way to big to occupy successfully. It is far better to have them as trade pardners and if the U.S. made them mad they would dump their dollars on the market and the value of the dollar would be totally destroyed.Yes they will be a super power in every sense of the word and the policy of mutal assured destruction will be in play again.

I believe that China will attack only if certain they will win and enough of them survive to take our country.  The North Koreans are the real threat and a nuclear Iran is a real big worry. Simply because one is ruled by a mentally unstable man and the other a religious fanatic. The Chinese are not crazy and have no death wish. Here is recent times they are becoming more and more capitalist and they see that war would not be good for business.

much chance against an america in a full war action..thats them versus us at  present ..i don t know about tommorow.. i remember how carter left us[fine man ,not my favorite president]..so we ll have to differ on what an full fledged america at war is capable of..
its to our credit that we didn t just get it over with an whip the world into line .. like hitler wanted to do..but weve never been that kinda country.. the creator woulda caused us to fail anyway..i don t believe its just happenstance that this country came into existence..

I wouldn't want to go to war w/ China, they scare me, but I would like to see trade w/ China limited.  We import WAY too much from China.  I would like to see American factories take over some of China's work load.  Our citizens desperately need the work.  We would strengthen our economy while weakening theirs!

heather..china should scare anyone, but they also, have leaders that understand what an all out nuke war means and i know that they really do not want it.

North Korea that is the one watch in Asia.. their leader and his son as well as the top military there are real scary and unstable. They border on the likes of the religious Moslem fanatics of the middle east. However, they do not seek something for so called "HOLY" reasons only power.

Unless China is about to embrace Islam they are more likely to be an ally in the never ending fight against Islamic Jihads.  CRUEL AND USUAL PUNISHMENT by Nonie Darwish is a real eye opener if you think Islam and Sharia law are your friends and that muslims will be content with a peaceful co-existence.

Actually-
If China was to call the US on their debt to China- we would find out that China already owns 40% of America. Two more years of trillion dollar deficits (money we are borrowing from China), They will own a majority of the US money, They don't need a war, they already have their banker in the white house!

an if they did an we actually committed our selves to defeating them..
im convinced we would disable thier military capability other than defending home grnd... why would they attack us there taking us down piece by piece,as it is..
just picture our country 10 yrs. from now if 80%  of consumer goods were mandated to be produced in the 50 states..of course china would rattle thier sabres a lot at us..but they know our military capability a lot better than
apparently a lotta citizens of our on country do..
do i think what i want is gonna happen..no.. our media  dictates far to much control of what our people accept as fact..freedom of press [or speech]
is a two edged sword..it can be used as an enemy to individual freedoms if 90 percent of the medias reporting,, leans one way politically..

yes   and  we need to quit  importing

asian  martial  arts   from asia

Nah...they don't profit from our use of their arts.  The instructor positions that make jobs available are already right here in the good ol USA.   ;D

if you want to stop buying food made in china, check the BAR CODES
the first 3 digits on a bar code tell what country the product came from
all bar codes that start with
690,691,692,693,694,695 these are all made in china.

471~taiwan
00~13--usa&canada
30~37--france
40~44--germany
49~japan
50~uk
57~denmark
64~finland
76~switzerland&lienchtenstein
628~saudi arabia
629~united arab emirates
740~745--centeral america
all 480 codes are made in the philippines

the 1st digit is before the bar code lines start, and is sometimes a smaller digit.
