Dry Firing an Encore
« on: January 28, 2009, 05:54:43 AM »
Was out at the Mike Bellim site and reading the trigger adjusting instructions and there was a big deal made about dry firing Encores. I don't dry fire mine but is this a potential problem?

Dry Firing the Encore has a history of breaking the firing pin. I don't because it causes problems.

Don't dry fire unless you have a dummy round inserted in the barrel.
