In NE Wisconsin @ 12:56 PM, the temperature is holding at around 12 degrees. We have an overcast sky and are experiencing light off and on flurries. There is a chance of light snow later this afternoon.

Didn't see a thermometer, but it was melting pretty good here in Billings today.  Sounded like we would be up and then down for the next few days.  Kinda normal for here.  DP
