February 7, 2008, Good Morning Montana.

Good Morning Montanan, dpe, Torpedoman, Forster, pab1, MT_Sourdough, Skunk, AtlLaw. Good morning everyone else.

18 degrees with a fresh coat of snow on the ground this morning with a clear bright blue sky.

Rehab is coming along.  Had one of those sleepness nights last nght.  Wasn't in pain, just uncomfortable and couldn't get any sleep.

AtlLaw welcome to our daily get together. If we don't have anything else to say we just stop by here and say a friendly hello everyday and share the typical Montana greeting, "how you doing, hows the weather suit you"  Montana is a big very rural state and although not totally devoid of the rat race we are a bit more laid back and relaxed than in the big city and urbana. I've been there and don't miss it.

Out here when you see a vehicle coming your way you always wave and the other driver always waves back.  You see a guy walking along the road you stop and offer a ride.  He probably is the local farmer and is broke down.  You give him a ride back to his farm and next fall he'll hold the gate open for you and tell which field to look in for a good deer.

That's just the way it is up here.

If you watch our weather reports you will also see the diversty of our weather.  Sure was glad I left Kalispell Thursday and missed yesterdays ice storm. It was clear and sunny here in Cut Bank yesterday.

Have not checked the temp in Anaconda this morning, but the sky is clear and the sun is out. Looks like a great day!

Hey y'all!
Thanks Doug. Sounds like a friendly place... BUT COLD!!!  It's 63 degrees here with bright sunshine.  And that's still a might chilly!   ;) ;D

This thing says it's 40 but it feels better than that.  Bright and little wind, should take a Handi or a new pistol out to play.  Richard, you had a chance to play with the new Ruger?  Think I'll go do something outside and enjoy the day.  Later everyone.  DP

Evening all.  Nice day here, currently 35.  Got my taxes done today and my kids FAFSA forms filled out and submitted.  Not looking forward to paying 2 college tuitions next year as it will seriously cut into my gun fund. :-\

At least my son chose the right school and will be a Bobcat as opposed to my daughter the black sheep in the family. ;D

I did see 51* on several thermometers today.  Didn't get much done but nose around the pawn and gun shops.  Every store that sells powder, bullets and primers were still out of 50% +/- of items.  People are still stocking up, no more bargains out there now.  Double D and Montanan, hope yer both feeling better each and every day.  DP
