Could you help narrow my choices?

I've been looking at a CZ SP-01 and found one for $600 local. What other choices are ther in the $300-$600 price range that have a steel/alloy frame, lazer/light rail, 9 or 40 and DA?
One other question. is there an add on rail available for the Witness pistol?

the newer polymer Witnesses have a molded rail .

Ya, I know but I'd rather stay steel. If I go plastic I'll get a XDm.
