Is there such a thing??  I didn't think the WM had enough neck to blow out to add more shoulder.

I pulled up Shilen site the case is called 300mag IMP.  You have to call Shilen and find what degree the shoulder are most likely be around 28/30 over the 40 used with the Ackley.  If they used 28 the shoulder aren't blown out as far and you might see 3% more powder vs AI 7/8% plus the neck length won't be as short.

When you increase the volume of a case yon can expect to get a velocity increase equal to about 1/2 of the percentage of increase of the case. ie. if you increase case capicity 10 % you should get a 5% increase in velocity. If you can do that you will equal to a .300 Weatherby mag.

.300 WM AI?  I'd have to ask, "Why bother?"

Just get a WBY Mag or RUM instead.  No way I could justify the expense of the modification to a .300 WM AI.  The useful gain is very little and most folks don't shoot well enough to take advantage of the extra range.  Spend the money on a laser range finder and ammo and practice.
