I was told by Canadians i hunted with if you have serious medical problems you travel out of the country to the states and get a travel insurance policy , and take care of it that way .
Not sure it that is true but the road out of Winnipeg has loads of ads for just such policies

There's absolutely NOTHING in the bill to address a reduction in the business/corp tax nor is there anything to address an increase in the capitol investment deduction for businesses and corporations. Therefore there this is not a stimulus bill. Plain & simple. If you want to keep people employed in the job they already have, the fastest method to address this are these 2 tax aspects.

Obama purposely did not address this because they want to shift job control away from the private sector economy and transfer job creation control to government. That's why there all this $800b spending for roads, bridges, schools, etc.

This bill will inflict further layoffs in private business and corporations. There will be some replacement of jobs with this bill. The sad point is that those much better jobs in business and corporations are likely lost forever.

This bill will cause business and corporations to offshore yet more jobs.

This new prez we have is a socialist pig. He's re-engineering the economy away from private enterprise and moving control to the government.

What is going on is, they are going to tax productivity(the businesses and wage earners). to reward the non producers and slackers (Welfare recipients and deadbeats). Thus they will create more nonproducers and slackers  but they will have Acorn there to sign em up to vote! Stick a fork in Us we are done.

This is a way of making more lower, and lower middle class people, dependent on the govt. Take more money from those that have it, give it to those who don't deserve it. I never read anywhere, where if your in debt, go borrow more money. I believe anymore, that the govt. is doing this on purpose, to create more of a socialist society.  More people/business's/banks, that are dependent on govt. handouts, the more control that the govt. has. Not a good thing. Only bad can come out of it.  gypsyman
