I don't think he's refering to teachers in general, I think he meant to refer to the teacher's unions.
Unions are a doubled edged sword. I have a friend who was against unions until he lost his job due to favoritism. The boss gave my friend's job to the son of the boss's best friend. My friend now wishes he had been in a union. That was one of the reason unions began- so the workers be treated fairly. I agree that some of the unions have gone too far.
i was in the carpenter union for 12 years
more favoritism there than any where i ever worked
any woman carpenter could work any job she wanted [qualified or not]
just do the union boss
my family gets favoritism
AND THATS MY RIGHT..... ITS MY BUSINESS ...... NO ONE ELSES
but for the union with that power is just wrong
