Dropped the hammer on some 400gr. 45-70 slugs in my new 1874 sharps repro. Not a sharp crack like a 3006 but a big whoosh....like the difference between a 9mm and a 45 auto. Wonder just what the 500 gr. slugs feel like..... :eek: I'll have to think up a naughty name for this gal...
