This week, President Obama added to the radical push he is making at the Justice Department with the nomination of Elena Kagan as Solicitor General. Kagan joins David Ogden, Thomas Perrelli and Dawn Johnsen as nominees to key posts in the Justice Department who have long-established, far Left records. Ogden, for example, is a notorious porn industry lawyer who served as legal counsel opposing the Children’s Internet Protection Act and the Child Protection Obscenity and Enforcement Act, which requires pornographers to verify "performers" are not children.
