Remove cylinder yoke on 669?
« on: February 16, 2009, 05:03:58 PM »
Trying to detail strip my 669 to do some machining on the cylinder. The yoke and cylinder assembly come off the frame easy enough, but I don't see how the yoke comes off the cylinder. If it was a S+W, the yoke would just slide out. Seems to be held in there. Maybe the bushing thingie on the rear of the cylinder?
thanks,
-Armen

Yep.  cylinder retaining bushing right where you are talking about.
