Morning every one...The Doctor said I would have these days. I having one of these days.

Started my exercises, got half way through, took a pain pill and went back to bed...you guys take care of it for me  today.

Well it started out a grey (Gray ?) day but sunny and 43 degrees now . Lovely day . Guess Jack and I will go for a walk . 
hope the sun is shining brightly for all of you .

Douglas ..... Wake up and get to therapy ..... filling cans with mortar mix for mortar . ::)
