I have been concerned about the post of Cathy Picquet since OS brought up the point.
I must say in the sense he took it, it was a valid concern. I apologize.
It was not a story of conquest. There was NO conquest.
I was reminising about a person I knew who I have always wondered "WHAT IF?"
If the Hen reads this she will have contentious words with me, but we all have a what if person in our lives--perhaps more than one--if we are lucky---and I am.
I should not have posted the thoughts on the coffee thread. My bad.
I apologize. :( :P :-X :'( :-*
Blessings

Boil branch (creek) water in a pot, throw in a hand full of grounds, let boil for a few minutes.  Remove from fire, dash in some cold water to settle the grounds, pour and drink.  We call that Cowboy Coffee, been drinking it that way for 40 years.  Don't own a percolator.

Where is old Joe when we really need him?  Alaska Independence    Calling Illegal Immigrants "Undocumented Aliens" is like calling Drug Dealers "Unlicensed Pharmacists"
What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

No apolgies needed William I thought i had just missed something, its your thread you take where you want to go!
That being said We all have "events" in our past that raise their heads now and then, i choose to mentally review these so as not to "spill the gravy" on my shirt in the present so to speak!
Thank you for your thoughtfullness nonetheless!
