old 45/70

Ihave some old 45/70 black powder cases,I pulled bullets and powder,W.R.A. CO 45/70 and REM-UMC 45/70 HV,just good for reload or save?
Also 2 boxes of Remmington Kleanbore .38 Colt Police Positive marked on box R244

Only a few of the 45/70,but the 2 boxes of the 38's yes
