In several places around this area I have seen jihadist buying very nice homes in nice neighborhoods and adding large dormatory additions to them, making them twice the size.

Now for the paranoid part. I had a nightmare tonight(the reason i'm on here right now). In this nightmare the jihadist were building these large addons to build a nuke inside and then at a set time detonating these all over the country. Man did i come outa that tempurpedic!

Now that may be paranoid and far fetched, but i got to wondering( i know thats dangerous in itself) What in alla's turban are these rag heads building these additions for.

Anybody or LEO's out there seen any of this stuff and is it happening anywhere else or just in my nightmares?

Your patience and understanding will be appreciated. I'm disscombobulated due to the fact that my stress level( that being my bodys reaction to me wanting to choke the living s@#% out of somebody) is way up there these days.

Call Eric Holder, our new wiz-bang attorney general. I'm sure he'll rush someone right out there immediatly. Just tell him the insurgents might have a BB Gun. He's likly release the full force of BATF in there.

If Hilllary shows up, they will threaten to launch a BB..and she will rush home !  Then Pres Obumma will figure the best way to get along with them, is to scrap all our anti-BB defenses..

I have said this a few times before. If the terrorist what to nuke us all they need to do is put one on a ship. Seeing as we only inspect something like 10% of all containers that enter th US. They have a 90% chance of it getting through. They could even detonate with it a cell phone fom the other side of the world. All they would need would be a GPS tracking system and they could set it off in the harbor before it ever reached the search part. Or they could do the same with one of those big super tankers that carry LP. I have heard one of those alone would equal twice what we dropped on Japan. The simple fact is if they are comited to their cause there is not much we can do about it. Dale

the possibilities for attack are endless. We do not have the manpower nor money (especialy now)to completely seal our borders. Never doubt that they are planning to attack us 24 hours a day. They will make it one day and it will be bad very bad.

thats why many, including myself, believe it is best to attack and kill them over there (wherever they are). No matter what we do they will get through and be successful in causing havoc and terror. That is just what they want to do.

The only thing I see wrong with that argument is that the "they" who are planning 24-7 how to attack us are the folks actually running our government. Those folks "over there" might some day be a threat to us but I do not believe they are today. We have far more to fear from our own government than we do from a bunch of ragheads over there at this time.

If a poor, uneducated Mexican can cross our border at will, do you think we can stop a trained, dedicated terrorist with almost unlimited funds?

They are not TRYING.  I'm not saying that they bear us no animosity or that they will not attack again one day.  Just because these people are angry and irrational does NOT mean that they are stupid.  Right now world and even a significant amount US opinion has swung to their favor.  Attacking the US would acomplish them nothing other than reunifiying the US against them.  They are sitting back eating hummas and laughing their a$$es off while the US destroys it's economy chasing a phantom.

What do you mean?

My point was that they are not putting forth any effort to attack us, and we are not putting forth any real effort to defend ourselves. Yet we are spending countles billions of dollars on the "War on  :o TERROR  :o "

You quoted yourself and then made an arguement below it!
did I miss something?

I agree with the statement that we have much more to fear from our own government than the ragheads. However, I would not take my eye off the ragheads for one second.

Ah.... Sorry for the confusion.  My quote was in response to the quote from redtail above it, then I expanded on it.

They have not been attacking us HERE..because they have been attacking our brave troops over THERE..
As usual, it is our BRAVE..keeping the rest of us FREE..

I do tend to agree with GB, that our own present, Socialist govt is nearly as big a danger as the terrorists. No matter where you stand, it is quite easy to see that things are much better in Iraq now, than 1, 2 4, or 5 years ago. Had some Democrat's advice been followed; had we "cut & run", the evil ones would have figured us to be a paper tiger, and recruited thousands more. Then with both Iraq & Iran furnishing many oil  billion$$ for weapons, munitions and training camps, they could have come at us with a vengance. News program said just this morning that the drawdown can now start in earnest, take about 1.2-2 years, leaving about 50K troops as a guarantor. This is just about what the Bush admin planned, although they wouldn't put a deadline on it. Fact is if you noted, Obuma hasn't actually put a time table on it either! As women are often accused of, Mr O reserves the right to change his mind if things get "sticky" there.
Nearby countries say the Al Queda & Taliban are teetering right now..a good time to topple them in Afghanistan and put an end to their grandious dreams. I believe we would have done it a couple years ago if there had not been so many right here at home throwing as many roadblocks as possible in the path of the prosecution of the war.
Just look at a map, see how Iraq is centered among the Islamic countries? If it does go complete democracy, the idea may well spread throughout the area; a place where democracy has not found a foothold. Problem is, that while our brave troops were fighting to install democracy there, people without enough brains to pour water out of a boot, have voted for a "nanny state" government here.
Now we all must pay for the ignorant margin that brought Socialism/Marxism to a hitherto free people..
