  When i get e-mail with the little red x in the cornor how do i open them? Haven't had any luck so far. Sure is hell to be computer stupid.

Little red x's usually mean the person who posted or in the case of an e-mail sent it did something wrong and the image isn't really there. That red x is there in the place of what should be there. So the answer basically is you can't.
