New Model Blackhawk .41 Mag Reload Questions
« on: March 01, 2009, 03:58:55 PM »
Just acquired a new Blackhawk in the .41 Mag-6.5" barrel.
Trying to found out what gas check moulds other than the SAECO#415 are available in this caliber. Also
have checked on this website for information on gas checks for the .41 cal and see that Bullet Swaging Supply, Inc. and Gator Check manufacturing have these in .41 caliber. Are these still the only sources for gas checks in this caliber?
Thanks in advance for any information you may have on these subjects.

Calamity Jake,
Thanks for the information.
Can you still purchase the LYMAN 410215? If so where is a good source to purchase this mold?
I have already been in contact with Gator Checks and all I need to let him know is the shank size of the cast bullet that I will be using.
I am looking forward to getting this New Model Blackhawk out and running a few rounds through it!
