H&R Model 157

I'm considering buying an H&R model 157 Mannlicher in 22 Hornet. I don't know the year of manufature yet, but if the gun is in very good condition does $265 sound like a fair price? I don't think this model is made anymore since it's not listed on their web sight so can other barrels be fitted to this gun?                 Thanks, Mike
