« on: March 12, 2009, 02:38:27 PM »
yes tim, i have read them FAQs, but i have also read where many have did this....
if anyone has, tell me (us) more.
if loaded to medium, the cup will fall into the range of the sb1.
but some have said that they shoot the horny @ 3100fps with the sb1 ? :o
i myself, will not try it.  unless proven safe. but safety factures will be added.
just a question for the ones that have played with the hornet on a sb1 frame.
please remember, that i'm talking from what i've heard...  i have not did it!!!!.
so lets hear it!!!!!

don't care about using another caliber, just want to see what the sb1 can handle....
i know the cup ratings very well, but there is cushion in there.....
pushing to the limit you say ?    NOT YET!!!!
sea-ya.....
in tha meen time, i'm wait'n for tha  7th trumpet ta sound !!!

Until H&R says it's safe, we won't do it here or discuss it, it may be fine for some to try it, but GBO doesn't allow discussion of unsafe practices. Just get an SB2 frame for it and go from there.  ;)
