Nice shooter Moose, I have one of those and if I can get my camera to work I'll post a pic

I think my Buddy had A mossberg bolt action 410 single shot.
PROUD REDNECK CONSERVATIVE

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

I think almost everybody has had or at least has used a Mossberg bolt shotgun. They must have made a gazillion of them. My brother has one each in .410, 20, 16,& 12.

I have a Marlin 55GDL Goose Gun, had a gunsmith shorten the barrel, asked for 26", he cut on the wrong side of his line, she turned out 25 & 3/4". He felt so bad about it he offered to not charge me or replace the barrel, I paid him for his work anyway, it turned out that he balanced the gun perfectly through his "mistake". Patterns modified, made a damn gun Grouse & Snowshoe Hare gun, though a bit on the heavy side.
A Maritimer & Damn Proud of it.

Ah yes, the good old .410. Here in New England it's a "fouah ten".
Here's my daughter's Versa Pack with the .410 barrel on.
