Ditto on the 257BOB but also a .32 or .36 Muzzleloader would be cool. Kurt

;D..Why bother with a .50 BMG. When you can go whole hog and buy a Gravel shaker:

[yt=425,350]<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/T_ClWi27olA&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/T_ClWi27olA&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>[/yt]

.260 Remington would be a hard to resist pick too, I'd definitely require surgical treatment to fight the urge to buy one.

stainless steel
24 inch barrel
thumb hole laminated stock
45-70 gov chambering

1X4 german retical scope with illuminated red dot
use  both eyes open on one power     4 power for more precision

wait  i think  i saw  one in my  safe
i need  time of  work  so i can shoot it some day

this would be a cool set up in  357 also
or  a 32 inch barreled  buffalo classic in 357  peep sights and all
  for   cheap  low recoil shooting

How about a .73 caliber, that will launch a hard cast 730 grain bullet at 1500fps, blow a 4 inch tapered hole in any LARGE animal about 30" deep that you can stick a baseball bat in backwards and all for $100-$125?

Building one of my "dreams" right now, it will be done in a few days, sp1(former 12ga.) 357 mag, 18" trapper saddle ring carbine with barrel mounted peep sight, I learned long ago, never wait for a manufacturer to make the gun you want, do it yourself and enjoy it! Life is too short to spend time begging manufacturers that couldn't care less what real people want.

My dream Handi would be any that the factory turned out that had a chamber that was cut the way it is supposed to be.
I am getting tired of short-long throted 45-70s, entra long 45 colts & 357s.
I have severial that are fine and a few that are way off.

Don't get me wrong, a 45 colt that will shoot 454s or a 357 that will take max is fine indeed, but I just wish they would do it right from the begining.

You should do one yourself, as I learned  long ago...it really isn't rocket science ;)
All you need is the desire, minimal tools and a bit of common sense.
I think when it's finished I might build it a big brother in 44 special, I love special and have far too many 44 mags already.

When I was 11 years old I fell in love with the H&R Topper.  Now I have a handi rifle!  Mine has a laminated stock right now but I'm considering a synthetic.  It came as a 25-06 but I'm working on my dream.  So far I have 25-06, 270, 243 std, 243 Super lite, 223, 20 guage smooth bore, and 410 barrels.  Next will be 20 guage rifled slug and muzzel loading barrels.  I'm also considering a 450 Marlin or 35 Whellen.  Then a custom case for all and another when I want to carry just a couple barrels and the frame.  One gun can do it all.
