22 hornet breechpoug for Encore and omega

Has anyone tried the new breech plug made by precision bullets that lets you use a cut down 22 hornet case in stead of a 209 primer?
They claim that is why there is so many flyers with them. Thanks for your imput......

I received my machined breech plug and 22 hornet cases from Cecil last week.  Haven't had a chance to get to the range yet.  I'll post results when I do.
