Went to a gun show today: Some good news
« on: March 15, 2009, 12:56:40 PM »
I went to a gun show today at the San Jose fairgrounds. This one which is hosted by TS Gun Trade was greatly improved over the last one I went to their in the fall of last year. One FFL dealer that I know there, we got to talking and he told me this is the best show for him in years. He sold every gun he brought except 2 and the show is not over yet today. The dealer next to him sold only ammo and on Saturday alone he grossed $25k in ammo sales. It was the most he ever sold in one day. Other dealers were also saying things have really picked up and sales are stronger than ever. The place was packed today and they said yesterday it was so thick you could hardly find a place to stand.

With all the bad news we have about the economy and our tyrannical government, I thought this was something to feel pretty good about. Not much but something.

I would like to see the sales numbers for the last few months from some of the gun manufactures. I have talked to a few people in the business and all say they have record numbers in sales. The ammo companies are definately working harder than ever.

One thing my FFL friend told me was that Springfield usually builds about 10,000 to 12,000 M1 Garands per month. Now, they are building 15,000 to 20,000 per month and many spare parts are on back order. This guy is also a smith and he specilizes in M1 Garands. There is a small gun shop about 2 miles from me here and that place is always packed and they sell lots of guns ans sales have sky rocketed since obuma was elected.

My friend who owns a local gunshop also does gun shows.  I was in his shop last week and the shelves were almost bare, he said he would have a few guns this week that were on consignment, he also said people were not trading or selling like they use to.  Folks are buying, holding on and poraying that Obama and the Brady bunch don't outlaw all of them.

Did you ever stop and think just how crazy the American public is?  The driving force behind HR 45 is non other than a co-founding member of the Black Panthers, who was convicted and served time for a firearms violation back in the 60s. Yes, HR 45 is the work of Bobby Rush, D-Ill. He is also a very good friend of the Prez.

obama is a criminal so I'm not suprised that yet another one of his friends is a criminal. All the others are so why should Bobby Rush be any differant.

The American people literally voted for the final steps in the coup take over of the United States when they elected obamanation.
