I do not think you can get reloading data for Remington Bullets. I just use a same weight bullet for other maker bullets of the same weight. Hornady uses a starting load of 4.8 and a top load of 5.8, but it is a +P load. for normal 38 Special i would not go above 5.3 grains of Clays Universal.
I have not shot this bullet in a 38, but have in 357 mag and 357 Max. It is considered a good home defense bullet - soft tip that opens quickly. I bought them for pest control in mind around the yard; they will put down any thing reasonable quickly and do not ricochet. That is where the 357 Max comes in. I do not load them hot at all, I load them down to about 2100 fps and get good accuracy. Start pushing them higher than that and they seem to distort or something - any way they do not shoot well. I think I could push them at 2500 fps, but like I said accuracy goes out he window.
I have not made an extensive search for them on the internet, but a casual glance shows they are out of stock as is about most 357 bullets, especially the 125's and 158's. I did order some Remington 180 SJHP - same bullet only 180 grains and some Hornady 148 grain HBWC to try as a plinking load.
Good Luck and Good Shooting
