Need holster for 686-4

I need a holster for my S&W 686 with a four-inch barrel.  I want something that is nylon, black, and sits on my hip belt.  It also needs to have a strap.  Nothing fancy.  I want to get by as cheap as possible.  Any recommendations?

Uncle Mike's.  Good quality and CHEAP.  I have them for all of my pistols and revolvers for use at the range when target shooting.
