It could be nothing more than hearsay, but I have heard from several sources that the US Army is currently training several units to deal with domestic "civil unrest." Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? I hate to speculate about something that has yet to be confirmed, but the implications here are frightening. What need, real or imagined, could there be for such troops? Are we really that close to becoming a totalitarian state?
