accessory Barrel status

I sent in receiver a few weeks ago to get a new 45/70 barrel fitted.  Called customer support number to check status, they said it was received and gave me a RE00XXXXXX... number and to go online at HR 1871 website under Support/Repairs to check for future status of my order.  I can't find anywhere on the website to enter in this number to check status.  Does anyone have any insight on how to check order status online?

Maybe try remington.com/support.  At the bottom of the page is a "Track Your Firearm Repair" button.  There's a place to enter your track number and serial number.  Good luck

I checked today, H&R intends on getting the repair status link on their website....soon hopefully.  ;)
