Old full cans of powder

Folks do collect really old powder cans George. Now I don't and I'm not up on pricing so am not sure if it being full and unopened ups the value but I'd sure think it would. I'd expect them to be worth a lot more to someone than the cost of a new can of each type. BUT don't forget the Haz Mat fees that have to be applied to ship it. Would they be worth enough more full than the cost of haz mat is the question and I don't have the answer.

If it has been properly maintained thruout its life the powder likely is still useable but that's something only opening the can would reveal and that might reduce value.

I'd do some more investigating on this before I opened them.
