A search of this forum will give you several threads to digest.  And yes, there are all kinds of opinions about the quality of Bergera barrels.

I had one in .270 with a Nikon Monarch 35-10X50.  It shot MOA and the fit and finish appeared as good, if not better than TC.  Unortunately, I sold it to fund a .270 Weatherby Ultralight.  I would purchase another Begera w/o heistation.
