Pardner Turkey Gun Sights

Hello all, I am thinking of buying a 12 Ga. Pardner Turkey Gun but am concerned about the sights.  I have old eyes and fiber optic sights help greatly.  Are there fiber optic aftermarket sights for the Pardner?  Thanks for your help?
