This is just what I've heard so don't take it as Gospel:

The Ubertis and other clones, while made of modern materials are copies of a very, very long design with some inhernet weaknesses.

The Rugers, while built like a tank, have that wonderful transfer bar and I've read about them breaking just shooting CAS events.

"Bout all I've heard.  Thinking over on the SASS wire is none of them are really designed for fanning.  If that's the case I would pick the cheapest as it probably will break somewhere down the road

I'll bet you could fan with one of the quick draw hammers like Munden and Bob James use. The hammers really stick up there.
Fanning is not allowed in cowboy action shooting, although slip hammering is.
I could see fanning as fun with a sixshooter while out plinking though. Never have tried to personally, but it might be fun.

The Rodeo is built like a tank. If any can handle it they can. Of course a Vaquero....oh, I forget who I'm talking to.

But yeah, if you want to really get busy fanning I'd check with Munden.

Check with Bob Munden.  He will build you a gun that can take fanning.  It requires a hammer stop so you don't pound the hand, cylinder bolt, and cylinder notches to pieces.   44 Man

Any SAA or clone can be fanned, Ruger vacqueros have to be modified
but regardless of which one you use unless you rework it from the inside out it is going to break no ifs ands or buts you may as well get a quality colt or ruger and have Munden or Wes Flowers or Bob james rework the action for you but you will have nearly a grand or more in just the action work for Fast draw type fanning, though I fan my Ubertis frequently constant abuse of this type even on the highest quality base firearm will eventually break it.

To me,  a SA firearm is a fine instrument,  not to be abused by fanning.
