I can tell you one thing as a solid fact: Anti-black employment discrimination is widely practiced. The reason is not racism. The reason is that employers have been burned so many times by race-hustling blacks that they find it too risky to hire a black person. Being black, in the eyes of many employers, is no different than being an alcoholic, a drug addictr, a convicted felon, or punk with a swastika facial tattoo: too risky.
They didn't just jump to this conclusion, either. It took 50 years of repeated trouble to convince them.
Most employers are looking for good people for a good price. All things being equal, they don't care about race. They do care about risk and expense.
The exceptions are governments and large companies who can afford a diversity quota to help their public image. This is another form of oppression because it is an institutionalized set of low expectations that can be easier met simply by having the right skin color or ethnicity. The trouble with it is that everybody knows that the standards are low, and this changes the opportunities for blacks.
Chinese and Indians, on the other hand, have the well deserved opposite reputation and are therefore much more desirable to employers.
