It means woodpecker. The accuracy is like that of a woodpecker; shot goes in same hole again and again. The Tikka symbol is two woodpeckers back to back to make a T.

I couldnt say.  It was some kind of recipe from India done shiskabob style.  In Michigan's U.P there is not too many places you can buy those foreign ingredients :eek:
