seeking mushrat trapper near apple valley, mn

hey guys.   i have a friend who lives in apple valley minnesota.  she has a pnd out back and the 'rats are destroying her property.  if they dont get trapped, they will be had in other ways.   anyone interested?

 Season is now closed on muskrats.Your friend may well have to pay someone to remove them. A permit will have to be issued for their removal, because of the closed season.

Hey Tom did we ever have a  rat season Runin to spring before?

thanks guys.  i am not familiar with the law in minnesota.  i dont hunt or fish over there.  i will advise her of that.
