This is our government in action.

1)  Create a problem

2)  Be sympathetic to the victim

3)  Come to the rescue

This creates a condition called dependency.

When someone is dependent, they want the problem solved, and they don't care what has to be done to solve it.

Oh...

4)  Lather, rinse, and repeat as necessary

I agree. That is in fact the strategically designed method of operation.

They break your leg but will be there to give you the crutch.

The problem is money. If we give the goverment money (tax), they will use it on programs to break our legs and give us the crutch. The less money those pigs have, the less leg breaking they can do.
