22 Hornet Breechplug for Encore

Has anyone tried the new 22 hornet breechplug from Precision bullets yet. They claim it will increase accuracy a hole lot. Well I am wondering if it really works or not???

Cecil is a stait shooter. He put's alot of time and effort into his products. If it didn't work, he wouldn't sell it.
