My gunsmith did a great job (as usual) but be forewarned if you have someone not as knowledgeable as my gunsmith work on the barrel and and ream the chamber to .22 WMR, be sure he knows there are 2 different .22 WMR chamber reamers, one for revolver and one for a rifle. I am not sure, but IIRC my gunsmith explained the difference and it MAY be the length of the "leade" or the length of material it removes from the barrel/chamber area ahead of where the cartridge sits. I am not sure, but he knows and that is what counts. He has done other changes of .22 LR single shot rifles into .22 WMR and the same with some .22 LR revolvers....<><....
