Notification on 22lr availablity
« on: April 02, 2009, 01:51:37 PM »
Ok boys that good Ol' 22lr ammo that has been so backed up and un-findable in the large quanity at local Wally worlds might be over ..

My local Wally world got in a Full pallet of Remmie 22lr 550 count for $16 and change .. Only four to a customer though "NO Exceptions"

Might be time to check your local wal-marts for 22lr

Hope you all have the same good luck as me and mine ... Thou i know i have an unfair advantage since remmies ammo plant is in local Lonoke Arkansas    :P

   Good luck guys,

Our wally world has some 22 but and some 12 gauge bird shot but nothing else. Maybe that is going to change soon.

Picked up a 1# bottle of 2400 today and a hundred primers.  They had more primers but that's all I needed to maintain stock.  I try to only buy what I use rather than build up stock.  This local shop also had a pretty good variety of powder.  I only noticed that they didn't have Unique.  Anyway, this shop is in much better shape, stock-wise, than it was a month ago.

Things are still pretty sparce in my area.  It burns my butt that the cheap box of 4-500 22's are as much or more than centerfire was not long ago.  DP

SOOOoooooooO DOC ???

Want to Love or Hate me ??

I have a solid pound and i know where there are a few more for sell  ::) IMR 4227 that is   ::)

heheheh    If haz-mat wasnt so ridiculous i would hook you up not a second thought on it ... but if you are willing then i'll do what i can to keep you in good standing with that 4227 addiction ..   I know I KNOW  Peer pressure is still fun  ;) Let me know Doc.

Myarmor  , i too recall the good old $9.95 550 count boxes ... But as for the moment and hard to come by status that the bulk 22lr is in $16.95 is much better then the last stuff i found in 550 count going for $24 and change..

Stimpy ... Glad to hear it brother .. Still scarce around here if you dont know where to look ..And then there is the one shop in town that ordered a TON and a half of ammo that they want more then their fair share on as far as pricing goes..
